OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION

Topic 5:       The application of the learning and development process and cycle in Occupational Health and Safety training.

Topic 6:       Concepts and principles of change management and how to apply it in Occupational Health and Safety.

Topic 7:       Concepts, principles and leading practices associated with continuous  improvement.
